Who we are
Mitravan provides software that helps companies answer AI and security questionnaires. This policy explains how we handle personal data. Contact: hello@mitravan.ai.
Data we collect
Account details (name, work email, company), content you upload to answer questionnaires, evidence and integration data you connect (e.g. Slack, Okta, GitHub, cloud), and usage/diagnostic data needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, generate cited answers for your review, secure the platform, and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing & training
We do not train foundation models on your content. Model processing is performed under our AI provider’s enterprise zero-retention terms. Every AI-drafted answer is reviewed and approved by your team before it is used.
Where data is stored
You choose your data region at signup: India (Mumbai), the EU (Frankfurt), or the US (Virginia). We do not migrate your data between regions without your instruction.
Sharing & sub-processors
We share data only with sub-processors needed to run the service (e.g. cloud hosting, our AI provider) under contract, and where required by law. A current sub-processor list is available on request.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under India’s DPDP Act and the EU GDPR) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact hello@mitravan.ai to exercise them.

We use essential cookies and may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand and improve site usage. You can control cookies in your browser.
