Agreement
By accessing or using Mitravan, you agree to these terms. If you are using Mitravan on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.
The service
Mitravan provides software to answer AI and security questionnaires, maintain an AI inventory, publish a trust page, and map compliance frameworks. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. Provide accurate information and promptly update it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful use; no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform; no uploading content you lack the right to process.
Your content & IP
You retain ownership of the content and evidence you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Mitravan and its software remain our intellectual property.
Human review
AI-generated answers are drafts for your team to review and approve. You are responsible for the answers you choose to send or publish.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per the pricing agreed at signup. Specific fees, terms, and renewal conditions are set out in your order or plan.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. Mitravan supports your compliance work but does not, by itself, make you compliant with any law or framework, and does not provide legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mitravan is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; total liability is limited as set out in your order or plan.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order (to be confirmed). Disputes are subject to the courts agreed there.
Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date below; continued use after changes means acceptance.
